When booking a Globexs Flat you can enjoy our Destination Services for free. All the following services, customized to make your stay as efficient as possible, are included in the rental price.
Flat preparation
We personalize the flat before the arrival of the Guest. We take care of a babycod, extra bed, extra blankets, towels, etc, so that there are no surprised upon arrival. 1 week before arrival we send an email to the Guest with all practical information. Clean linen, all amenities, detergents, toilet paper, all disposables are offered to the Guests, as if they were arriving in the best hotelsuite.
Welcoming package
Upon arrival the Guest receives a welcoming package, with all practical information about his destination: city maps, leaflets, area orientation, where to eat, tourist guides, useful phonenumbers and... a bottle of cava on the house!
24h service
Booking a flat with Globexs means booking a flat with the Globexs Quality Label. It feels like checking in in a hotelsuite in town. The Globexs office serves as a hotel reception, where during office hours you can find a member of our staff at your service. After office hours the Guest can call a 24h help line for all urgent requests.
Maintenance
When the Guests notice that something is broken or not working properly we fix it right away. If we are unable to fix the problem on the spot we will upgrade the Guest to another flat.
Reservations and bookings
At all times the Guest can contact our office for help with reservations: restaurants, car rental, football tickets, etc. We will be glad to assist you.
Legal assistance
The Globexs team counts with a lawyer, for any legal assistance that would occur during the stay of the Guest. The first consultation is included in our Destination Services, thus for free.
Translations
Our Business Guests can enjoy preferential rates from our sister company Globexs Languages. First class translation and interpreting services.
Language courses
Need to learn Spanish, Dutch or French asap? We offer language courses in our office in Valencia. Our teachers are qualified and trained to offer first class business language courses.
Business services
On request we make a market research. We study the possibilities of your company or product in your destination, identify the competition and list the costs and risks involved in doing business locally.
Extra services
On request we offer the following extra services: airport pickup, dry cleaning, daily cleaning of the flat, catering, assistance with schoolhunting, expat buddy, visa, documentations, work permits, social activities, tours, etc. |
