We welcome the guest, hand over the keys, receive the rent money and wire it to your bank account, we clean the flat and do the inventory when the guests leave. We take care of maintenance to make sure that the property is always in perfect conditions for the next guest. We update the calendar so that you, the flat owner, only has the benefits of renting out a flat. We focus on business travelers who prefer to stay in a flat rather than in a hotel room.
