You enter the apartment in the hallway where you first encounter both bedrooms. This is quite common in Valencia and Spain. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and high-quality bedding. Due to the orientation of the apartment, both bedrooms have a street view and won’t heat up as much in the summer because of that. The master bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the street and has an en-suite bathroom for complete privacy. It comes with a shower-tub combination and is designed in typical Spanish Mozaic.

The second bathroom is just down the hall and has a walk-in shower. 

Before entering the living room you can find a workspace facing the bright living room. The living room is faced to the interior of the building. Spanish apartment buildings are built in a way that you have a large open space in the middle of the city block. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV, and a dining table that sits up to 6 people.

Behind the couch, you can find the open kitchen with ample counter space to prepare the most fabulous meals you can think of. In typical European style, the washing machine is located in the kitchen. The living room has a cozy balcony adjacent where there is room for a table and two chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee while you can see the sun come up.

This apartment is located near the Avinguda Regne De Valencia, a beautiful avenue with a walking path in the middle of the street surrounded by palm trees. This avenue marks the northern border of Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. 

Ruzafa (or Russafa in Valencian language) was the first neighborhood in Valencia to be gentrified. It is now home to some of the most vibrant bars, trendy restaurants, and unique boutiques. Ruzafa is considered an epicenter for the digital nomad or keyboard warrior. Indulge yourself between the local culture mixed with some international flair. 

Because of the location between Peris y Valero and Regne De Valencia, you will have access to public transport that can bring you to any part of the city. Whether you are looking for a beach day or want to go to some of the many attractions Valencia has to offer. 

The apartment is close to Mercat Ruzafa. Mercats are open daily, except on Sundays, during the morning. This is the perfect location to purchase some locally sourced produce and meat. It can be tricky in the beginning because a lot of the vendors do not label their products but once you know your way around it, you will have a marvelous source for fresh products.
