Location details of this Ruzafa luxury apartment for expats

This apartment is located in Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. Ruzafa (or Russafa in Valencian language) is a vibrant neighbourhood and a mere resemblance of what was an area to avoid ten years ago. Now, Ruzafa is filled with bars, restaurants, terraces, boutique shops, and galleries from around the world and is very welcomed by the young traveler or local. Ruzafa is conveniently connected to the Gran Via that connects the city center with the beach or any other part of Valencia. Walking distance from the Nord Station (the most central station) and Joaquin Sorolla which gives you access to other cities or airports in the area.

Central Park Valencia

Valencia’s new green area, the Parque Central, is an area located between Ruzafa and Malilla with more than 100,000 square meters of land. A perfect space to go with children or pets and go for a walk among abundant vegetation, recreational areas, and fountains. Do you want to escape the bustle in the center? This is your place!

The project, which starts with the burying of the train tracks, was designed by the American landscaper Kathryn Gustafson. It forms a huge structure of promenades and water trails that connect different spaces. Also, it maintains the old protected railway buildings, which give the park the charm of the old railway stations. Ausiàs March’s poem ‘Aigua plena de seny’ inspired the design of the park, where light, water, and green, with a thousand trees, 85,000 shrubs, and 13,000 planters are the protagonists.
