Description

Finestrat is a temporary home for expats in Valencia The furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms is perfect for a medium-term rental or for a temporary expat stay. Fully equipped and provided with all facilities you need for a carefree stay, the apartment is ready to move in. Well situated, well presented, and well looked after, Finestrat has an excellent price. The quality accommodation for rent in the up and coming Monteolivete neighbourhood is beautifully presented and has everything you want for Spanish living. Welcome to Valencia!

Let us start with pointing out the downside of the apartment: it is a fifth-floor without a lift. But the good part about this: you can save on a gym membership. And face it, if the old pensioner on the sixth floor can frolic upstairs with two bags of groceries every day, then who are you to complain about a few steps.

Let us guide you through the apartment. As you enter, you will notice the bathroom on your left. the large mirror in combination with the modern furnishings and big sandy coloured tiles on the walls create the spacious though warm sensation. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Moving on to the open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped and comes with all the kitchenware you need to prepare your favourite meal. Induction cooking plates, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker are all at your disposal. You can put in a load of laundry in the washing machine, tucked away in the kitchen furniture, whilst working your magic with the pots and pans.

Now that your delicious meal is ready, gather around the dining table and dig in! After having put away your dishes in the dishwasher, you can digest your food either on the comfortable sofa in the living room while watching TV. The sliding door leads up to the terrace, where two chairs and a table welcome you to enjoy a coffee, a beer, or a nice glass of wine. Location details of the temporary home for expats in Valencia

This home for expats in Valencia is located in the neighbourhood Monteolivete, next to Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. Monteolivete is one of the emerging districts in Valencia. It has the advantage that it’s close to the Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences and that it’s quieter and more residential than Russafa. It also features some nice lanes, traditional shops and excellent means of transport.

The name of the district comes from an old farm (ermita) dedicated to the Virgin of Monte Olivete. This ancient farm was located in the same place as the present church of Monteolivete. In 1877 Monteolivete became part of the municipality of Valencia. The real boom of the district came in the sixties of the previous century with the construction of numerous apartment buildings.

We consider Monteolivete a no brainer if you are looking for the perfect balance between comfort and lifestyle. It is a popular neighborhood for expats in Valencia with accessible prices that has developed into a part of town with excellent quality of life. You will enjoy this neighbourhood especially when you have kids, because Monteolivete offers various strips of green, and has direct access to the Riu Turia.

Ruzafa, just north of Monteolivete (or Russafa in Valencian language) is a vibrant neighborhood with bars, restaurants, terraces, shops and galleries from around the world. It is easy to get from here to any area of the city by public transport. Ruzafa is mostly the first choice for foreigners who come to live in Valencia.
