The apartment is located in the middle of “Scheldeland”, which is a green area just South of Antwerp and North of Brussels. The terrace of this apartment overlooks the river, Rupel. You can even enjoy this view from the inside thanks to the large windows all around this beautifully designed apartment.

The area around the apartment is very quiet but you are still close to the town centre. When you enter the living room of this apartment you have to watch out that the beauty doesn’t catch your breath. The living room and kitchen bath in natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the terrace. As far as the eye can reach, you can see nature.

The living room of this apartment for expats in Belgium is equipped with high-end, comfortable furniture that fits the room perfectly. The living room transitions smoothly in the dining room where you have a large dining table that sits 6 people very comfortably. Centrally located between Antwerp and Brussels and at the same time extremely quiet. The centre of Antwerp is 20 minutes away by car. On the river “Schelde” you can also take the waterbus that leaves every half hour from Hemiksem in the direction of Antwerp. To Brussels airport, it’s 30 minutes by car. The centre of Brussels is only 40 minutes away. You have everything you need nearby: shops, public transport,… At the same time, you live in the middle of nature, only 500 m from the Walenhoek nature park and the numerous cycle routes of the Scheldeland.
