This apartment is located near the Plaza de Don Federico Moyúa or Plaza Elíptica, which is its most popular name. the Plaza Eliptica is one of the most important centres in Bilbao. This square, where important arteries of the Biscayan capital flow, was built in the 40s according to the project of Luis Salinas. You will be located just mere steps from the central station of Bilbao which makes commuting and travelling easy. Around the corner, you will find another vibrant area with the Alondiga as a central masterpiece.

Alondiga

Formerly used as wine-store that has been around for centuries, the Alhóndiga of Bilbao, now known as Azkuna Zentroa. Philippe Starck converted the building to a cultural centre with a budget of 75 million euro. The area now has become the trendy centre of Bilbao. 

The construction of the Azkuna Zentroa began in May 2001 with the demolition of the interior structure, but with respect for the facade and the creaking that holds it. Inside, three brick-lined cubes have been built and suspended on 43 different columns. The total area of 43,000 square meters holds 8 cinemas, auditorium, library, exhibition hall, gym, swimming pool, shop, restaurants, and underground parking.
