Customer Experience Manager

Short description 

  • Full time (Monday – Friday).
  • Based in the Globexs Ruzafa office, Valencia.

Job description

For our operations in Spain and Belgium, Globexs is searching for a Customer Experience Manager responsible to improve and implement our CX and communication protocols and our relationships with existing and new customers. The job consists of:

  • Coordinating and developing new CX protocols and communication streams.
  • Closing strategic partnerships with inbound – outbound affiliates.
  • Coordinating onboarding protocols for new owners.
  • Supporting the Globexs expansion in new markets.
  • Organizing social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing the Globexs “Customer First”-culture.
  • Analyzing and enhancing our sales funnels for better performance.

The person we are looking for

  • Has proven experience in Customer Experience Management.
  • Has proven experience in Social Media Management.
  • Has proven experience in graphic design, proficient with design software.

  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Has strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Speaks English PERFECTLY, both written and spoken. 
  • Speaks Spanish fluently. 

Rental agent International

Short description 

  • Full time (Monday – Friday).
  • Based in the Globexs Ruzafa office, Valencia.
  • Partly home working possible after initial training period.
  • Fixed contract, nomina 40h/week.

Job description

For our International operations (in particular Benelux) Globexs is searching for a rental agent responsible to consolidate our rapid expansion. The job consists of:

  • Matching tickets from potential tenants with our portfolio of rental apartments and closing bookings.
  • Engaging with strategic B2B partners. 
  • Administrative follow up of bookings: contracts, invoices, deposits reports, etc.
  • Attending apartment owners who want to publish their apartment with Globexs.
  • Incrementing our general portfolio of rental apartments.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with the marketing department.
  • Being the contact person for both owners and tenants during the full stay.
