If you like a good party, a long night in the bar or just strolling through the small streets of Valencia, this is the best place to live for you! Furthermore you are still close to the beach and other parts of the city! By bike, the beach is only 30 minutes away. I think it is needless to say that you have everything that you may need nearby.
