El Campanario is an expat house on Tenerife. It has three bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a double bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom has, just like the master bedroom, a double bed.

There are two bathroom. The first bathroom of this place comes with a walk-in shower, washing basin and of course, a toilet. There is also a mirror on the wall. The second bathroom has a bath-shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need. Time to bring out your cooking skills! There is also a bar-table in the kitchen. This can sit up to three people. There is another dining table in the living room. This table can sit up to six people. Ideal to spend some time together with your family or friends.

The living room is spacious and bright. There is a comfortable couch and of course a flat screen TV. This is the ideal spot to watch your favourite TV shows, movies or just to relax after a long day of work. From the living room you also have direct access to the terrace of this house. The terrace comes with nice mountain views and a lounge.

The house is located in San Andrés, a small fishing village, very close to the beach and with a beautiful view of the Anaga mountains. It is located in a wide valley on the southern slopes of the Anaga massif, next to the mouth of the Cercado and Las Huertas ravines, 8 kilometres northeast of the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. In addition, there are typical Canarian restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies all nearby. You have  everything that you need at your doorstep.
