Scheepmakers is an expat house in Rotterdam. The house is located on the 8th floor of the modern Red Apple building. With 90 square meter in size the apartment has two bedrooms, shower/bath and separate toilet. The rooms are fully furnished with beds and wardrobes (linnens and towel set included).

Living room are together with eating area and kitchen. If needed I can add or modify the current furniture to your needs. Washing machine is available in the storage room. The house has two bedrooms. The larger bed room is fully furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a desk. The child bed in picture is removed to allow more space. If needed an additional single bed can be arranged.

This expat apartment is only available for professional stays starting from
1 month. This apartment is not a tourist apartment. A booking in this expat house in
Rotterdam is subject to a linen fee of 150€. This amount will be charged together
