Senyera is an expat loft in Valencia with terrace. It is a completely furnished loft with a sunny terrace. This accommodation has one master bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed and lots of closet space. This always comes in handy! There is also one bathroom. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, washing basin and of course, a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you may need. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher!

This kitchen is perfect if you like cooking yourself. Time to bring out your cooking skills! Afterwards you can eat your home cooked meals at the dining table. The easily expandable dining table can seat up to six people.

The living room has a comfortable couch and of course a flat screen TV. This might be the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. Furthermore, you have direct access from the living room to the terrace. The terrace is big and comes with 4 recently purchased sunbeds as well as a new table. This is perfect to enjoy the good weather of Valencia, all year round.

This apartment is located in the neighbourhood Monteolivete. This neighbourhood is just a few steps away from the famous Barrio Ruzafa. Monteolivete is an amazing neighborhood with lots to do. There are many great bars such as Olrait.

You have everything that you need nearby, there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants. This loft is also located close to the Turia park and the Ciutat dels artes y sciences. The beach isn´t too far either. It will cost you 20 minutes by bike. The city centre is also only a 15 min ride away. This is a great location to explore Valencia and live life as a local.
