At Globexs, we help expats find mid-term rental properties that match their needs, whether they prefer a central location or something more relaxed. Globexs is more than housing — we’re your trusted relocation team, guiding you through every step of your move to Spain.

What are the best neighborhoods in Madrid for expats?

Expats in Madrid often settle in neighborhoods like Chamberí, Salamanca, Malasaña, and Lavapiés — areas known for their charm, safety, excellent public transport, and a vibrant mix of locals and internationals. If you're relocating for work or lifestyle, each area offers something unique: Salamanca is more upscale, Malasaña is trendy and creative, and Chamberí is quiet yet central.

At Globexs, we help you find a verified mid-term rental in Madrid that suits your needs — fully furnished, flexible, and ideal for stays from 1 to 11 months. Is a deposit required to book an apartment?

How much is the deposit?

The amount of the rental deposit depends on the specific apartment and its owner. In most cases, it is equal to one month’s rent, but some properties may require up to €750 or two months’ rent, especially for longer stays or premium units. What is the purpose of the deposit?
