Vacancy: Junior administrative accountant

Globexs is currently looking for a junior administrative accountant for our office in Valencia.

Our company is expanding rapidly. Therefore, we need a pair of helping hands.

The job

We are looking for a junior administrative accountant for our office in Valencia. 

The main tasks to be performed will be:

  • Management and accounting of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Control of bank movements and bank reconciliation
  • Management of unpaid invoices
  • Control of supplier and client portfolios
  • Management of the office reception
  • Management of the call center

What we are looking for

Job requirements:

  • 2nd-grade vocational training in Administration and Finance
  • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position essential
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (other languages will be valued)
  • Excellent command of computer tools, especially Excel
  • Methodical, responsible and proactive person

Globexs is currently looking for an account manager to manage the Globexs rental apartments.

Our company is expanding rapidly. Therefore, we need a pair of helping hands.

The job

We are looking for an account manager for our rentals to:

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
  • Handle customer complaints

You will be the contact person at all times between property owners and clients looking for accommodations. 

What we are looking for

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfortable working in a team
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Any other language is a plus 
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Be good on the phone
