This Valencia beach apartment is located close to the beach and the port. It is a great location to live as an expat. You have everything nearby: bars, shops, restaurants,…even the beach! The old city centre is a 20 minute ride by bike or by car. Both summer and winter the beach is a great place to be. In summertime you can get thos mojitos in the ‘Chirringuitos’ also known as beachbars and in the winter you can take these long beach walks. In other words: a great area to live in!
