Just 5 minutes by car or bus takes you into the main resort of Corralejo. Here you will find everything you could ask for! Restaurants serving different types of food, bars, shops, markets, shopping centres, supermarkets and more! Corralejo is one of the islands livliest resorts making it popular with the tourists. It is also home to the famous Sand Dunes which are an absolute must to visit. The house is situated in the urbanisation of La Capellania. Juts 4 km from the main resort of Corralejo, La Capellania has a large supermarket, bars, restaurants and an excellent regular bus service.

There is ample parking on the street directly outside the villa. The property is accessed via 2 small steps and the rest is on one level. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and home to many residents of the island.
