Denia Penthouse is an absolutely fabulous flat with terrace in Valencia Ruzafa. And for those intrepid expats in the know, represents a rare opportunity to get that much sought after, almost holy trinity – of Ruzafa, Penthouse, and Terrace. But what will really get you envious stares while you are out and chilling about, is when you mention that your terrace in Valencia is on the 5th floor – with an elevator, unlike many walk ups, which are no fun with shopping. They’ll be hoping your terrace is the size of a stamp, and you’ll nonchalantly inform them that it’s perfect for parties. ‘Okay, so it’s everyone up to my place then’!
We step out of the lift, through the front door and into a bright and breezy, well-lit main living space. You’ll appreciate the clean white walls and ceilings, taking full advantage of the natural light streaming in through the flat’s many windows, and indeed the big bay windows which open out onto the tremendous terrace. The fixtures and furnishings are in natural, unobtrusive tones, as is the easy to maintain flooring throughout the apartment. The large, comfortable sofa invites you to lay back, relax and get lost in your favourite shows and movies on the massive, modern TV.
If we walk through to the kitchen and dining space, you’ll see a conveniently located table and chairs, where you can enjoy that fabulous feast that you’ve just finished preparing in your eye-level oven and on your vitro-ceramic hobs. For a quick snack you’ve also got a microwave and a kettle – a must for all you tea lovers! And, of course, what kitchen of all mod-cons would be complete without a washing machine to keep your clothes fresh and clean and a dishwasher to make light work of that lively lunch or perfect pop up terrace party?
Let’s step on out to your terrace in Valencia – the magical aspect of this fantastic flat. As you might expect, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of your cosmopolitan neighbourhood from the 5th floor of your penthouse in Ruzafa. There are plenty of plants around, giving it a kind of mini-garden effect. And for those warm summer nights you’ll be dining al fresco with the wooden table and chairs to seat you and your guests. You may want to keep this to yourself, but the terrace is an excellent size for a sophisticated roof-top soiree, or just a few drinks with friends.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 3 people, with a comfortable double bedroom containing a large bed and a more compact single room, both with ample storage space. And, as a welcoming touch, the bedlinen is included. There is also a great bathroom, blending clean, modern shower cabin etc with natural rustic stone on the walls, which, common to the entire flat has natural light. And the terrace… Being able to enjoy a flat with terrace in Valencia is priceless.
