Franse Vaart is located in the `Keizerpoort`, a prime location, on walking distance from the historical downtown area.
Literally in front of the house, a beautifull stretch of the Schelde, on of Ghent`s iconic rivers, meanders though the area.
Just down the road, Keizerpark offers the perfect gate away to relax.
Public transport is a only few steps away, with trams going straight to the city center and buses going directly to the main train station (Sint Pieters).
The main highway is just around the corner, which gives easy acces to Ghelamco business area (5min), Ghent University Hospital (5 min), Technology Park Zwijnaarde (5 min), the North Sea port of Ghent (20min), Brussels Airport (45 min) and other historic cities like Bruges, Antwerp and Brussels, all within the hour.
