When you enter this bright apartment, you will notice the amount of natural light that penetrates the living room through the balcony doors. The comfortable design sofa and armchairs match perfectly with the layout and style of the living room. In the living room, you can also find a large dining table that sits up to six people very comfortably. Perfect for the expat who enjoys to entertain or cook for other people.
The open kitchen has a great cooking island that allows you to allows interact with your guests. The built-in, stainless steel appliances look very sleek in the off-white kitchen. The marina is surrounded by old warehouse buildings that host some of the most prestigious companies in Belgium such as Dries Van Noten. Make sure to explore the national archive located in the “Felix Pakhuis”.
The redevelopment of this area started in the early 2000s and even created a large park which is in walking distance from the yacht harbour. In 2019, they even opened a pedestrian bridge that connects “‘t Eilandje” with this park called “Park Spoor Noord” referring to when it was part of the railroad system.
