This luxury studio in Madrid is located on the emblematic huertas road which is now only used by pedestrians. this fantastic apartment is in the very centre of the historic barrio de las letras in a 19th century building that has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. It comes with a large fully fitted modern kitchen with large fridge, four burner glass hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The living / dining room has a sofa bed, dining table and chairs (even though they are not shown in the photos). The bedroom area has a double bed (even though its not shown in the photos) and two built in wardrobes. Bathroom with shower. The flat is a five minute walk from the vibrant plaza santa ana, seven minutes walk from anton martin metro station and eight minutes walk from the official centre of madrid, puerta del sol or the 17th century plaza mayor.

The theatre area of La Latina with its incredible selection of bars and restaurants is only tens minutes walk away as well. basically a great flat to use as your base for long or short term stay and for business or pleasure.
