When you enter this cosy apartment, you immediately notice all the design features and Tacchini furniture. This gives you a great feeling of luxury. The living room has a very comfortable design couch and a large flatscreen TV with international channels. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow a lot of natural light to penetrate the already bright living room. 

The kitchen is separate from the living room and comes with all equipment and kitchenware for any culinary exploits. The kitchen is complemented by a comfortable dining room area. The master bedroom can be used as another oasis of relaxation thanks to all the amenities includes. It comes with a double bed that has comfortable bedding included, a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom for complete privacy from the other bedroom. 

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double. The family-style bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower. The his-and-hers sink is great for the morning rush or evening routines from every member of the family or guests. When just entertaining, there is another toilet conveniently located in the hallway.

This rental in Brussels is located in the subsidiary of Ixelles or Etterbeek and is close to Montgomery Square.  Just a couple of minutes walking and you can find 2 metro stations and 1 tram station. The apartment is near to the Parc du Cinquantenaire. In the direct vicinity, you can find plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets, metro stations and different bus stops, all in a few minutes walk.

Parc du Cinquantenaire

The Parc du Cinquantenaire is Dutch for “Jubelpark” or French for “Park of the Fiftieth Anniversary”. It was erected for the 15th anniversary or jubilee of the independence of Belgium. It is a large park of 30 ha (74 acres) in the most eastern part of the European quarter of Brussels. The buildings that dominate the U-shaped complex were commissioned by the Belgian government under the rule of King Leopold II for the 1880 National Exhibition. Over the years, more buildings were added for different exhibitions. The arch in the centre of the park was erected in 1905 replacing a previous temporary version. Symbolizing the economic and industrial performance of the country, the structures were built in iron, glass and stone.
