The kitchen has all the comforts (including dishwasher and 2 refrigerators) and complete crockery and kitchenware. It has 3 complete bathrooms, one of them is very spacious.

This shared apartment with terrace Bilbao is very close to Gran Vía Don Diego López de Haro which is the commercial and financial center of Bilbao, with the buildings of BBVA, BBK, Caja Laboral, El Corte Inglés, the Palacio de la Diputación de Bizkaia, or the Sota Building. Its design was presented in 1876 by the architect Achúcarro and the engineers Alzola and Hoffmeyer. It is 50 meters wide and 1.5 kilometers long between Plaza Circular and Plaza del Sagrado Corazón.

Before half of the route is the Plaza de Federico Moyúa, the nerve center of the Ensanche of Bilbao, which houses the Chávarri Palace and the Carlton Hotel. We are also very close to the Guggenheim and the Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao and strolling through the Doña Casilda Park or the Paseo de la Memoria is a very close luxury.

We have a supermarket in the same street Alameda Rekalde (Opencor) and all trade in the surroundings, along with all services (restaurants, banks, pharmacies, health center, market …) at the door of the house.
