Osona is a 2 bedroom and office apartment in Valencia. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 office and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed. The 3rd room is prepared as an office. Both bedrooms have enough storage room, which always comes in handy! The bathroom comes with a shower, washing basin and of course a toilet.

The kitchen of this place is fully equipped and has everything that you may need. You can use your time here to indulge yourself in the Spanish kitchen and learn how to make a paella Valenciana! From the kitchen you have access to a small balcony where you will find the washing machine.

The living room is lovely furnished and has a comfy couch and Air conditioning. Of course there is also a flat screen TV. This might be thé perfect spot to relax and watch your favourite TV shows! The dining table can sit up to 4 people, perfect for a lovely dinner night with family or friends. From the living room you also have access to the sunny balcony. This is a great spot to enjoy some sun and a coffee in the morning or just to get some fresh air.

If you work from home or just like to get some work done, this is the right place for you! There is a seperate office! This room has 2 desks, which is ideal if you and your roomie work from home.

On top of all this are bed linen and towels also included. Of course there is also wifi throughout the whole place!

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This apartment is located on a street close to the famous Avenida del Puerto. This street connects the city centre with the port of Valencia. As you can imagine, you are close to the beach as well as to the city centre. You have everything that you may need nearby such as shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, you can even find lots of schools and sport clubs in this area! This is the perfect location to get around town as an expat and explore the city and life in Valencia!
