The expat home in Valencia is located on the west side of the city close to the Gran Via which allows you to escape the city quickly if you need to commute or want to explore. This duplex apartment is located on the fifth floor with an elevator. It has very contemporary design features and furniture. It houses up to 4 people easily.

When you enter this beautiful bright expat home in Valencia, you will immediately notice the large open kitchen that offers a lot of room for culinary exploits. The other thing you will immediately notice is the white-painted exposed bricks that reflect the natural light that penetrates the apartment and keeps it cool inside. To enhance this cool touch in sunny Valencia, this apartment comes with air conditioning units in the down- and upstairs’ parts. 

The living room has a nice, comfortable, spacious couch and a flat-screen TV. The design chandeliers have a cosy effect at night. Hosting dinner parties or having a family meal at this dining room table makes you feel like a king. The table comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

The living room also has three traditional Spanish balconies behind the large windows. The windows are very well isolated to mask the noise from the busyness outside. The balcony is wide enough to put a chair and overlook the hustle and bustle of the Valencian streets.

Behind the kitchen, you can find the guest bedroom with two single beds. You’ll be impressed by the amount of closet space provided in this bedroom. Next to the bedroom, you will find the bathroom with luxury tub, toilet and sink. Upstairs, you enter the mezzanine level that has an open office. It can also double as a reading nook thanks to the comfortable couch. Here you can also find ample storage space in the built-in cabinets. 

Behind the office is the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and also ample closet space. The bathroom next to the master bedroom has a shower, toilet and sink. This apartment is great for a family of four or digital nomads. It allows a lot of privacy due to the two bathrooms that are separated by a floor. This truly is an amazing apartment in a great location. It is perfect for a temporary stay of 1-11 months in Valencia.
