This central and luxurious apartment is great if you are coming to live in Valencia from 1 to 11 months. The expat home in Valencia is located on the west side of the city close to the Gran Via which allows you to escape the city quickly if you need to commute or want to explore. This amazing apartment is located on the sixth floor with an elevator. It has a very contemporary design features and furniture. It houses up to 4 people easily.

The living room has a nice, comfortable, spacious couch and a massive flatscreen TV. Hosting dinner parties or having a family meal at this designed dining room table makes you feel like a king. The table hosts up to 6 people comfortably. The living room also has views of the Mercado de Abastos, one of the local favourite restaurant spots in town. The windows are very well isolated to mask the noise from the busyness outside.

After the living room, you can find two massive bedrooms, each one of them with a double mattress. You’ll be impressed by the amount of closet space that is provided in both bedrooms. Opposite both rooms, there are two bathrooms. The bathroom next to the master bedroom has a jacuzzi, toilet, and a sink.

This is an amazing apartment in Valencia, which is great for a family of three or popular expats who expect to host friends who come to visit. What kind of rentals does Globexs offer?
Globexs never rents apartments for tourism purposes, nor offers long term rentals. Globexs is specialized in expat rentals:
  • The apartments and houses are fully furnished
  • The minimum stay is 1 month. The maximum stay is 11 months.
  • The apartments are only intended for use as a temporary housing accommodation.
  • Registration on the address is not allowed
  • The tenants are not permitted to make it their principal or main place of residence.
  • It is not permitted to exercise any trade or craft in the property, nor any other profession.
The owners of the apartments that Globexs offers to its customers have authorized Globexs to negotiate the price and the conditions of the rental with the tenants, and to sign the rental contract on their behalf. However, the owners of the apartments have the final word and need to approve to Globexs the conditions of every rental before Globexs can sign the rental contract on their behalf. Every rental contract is a legal agreement between the owner of the apartment and the tenant. Globexs acts as an intermediate defending the interests of the owner and the tenant. 
How do I book a Globexs apartment and what documentation do I need?

Booking a furnished apartment in Valencia for expats and digital nomads with Globexs is a simple and secure process. To protect both tenant and owner, we request basic documentation before confirming any booking.

Step 1 – Get in touch with our team

You can browse available apartments on our website or contact us directly for a personalized housing proposal. One of our rental agents will assist you based on your needs, travel dates, and budget.

Step 2 – Submit your documents

Depending on your situation (professional, freelancer, student, etc.), you’ll be asked to provide:

  • A valid passport or national ID

  • Your current residential address

  • Proof of income (employment contract, payslips, or company letter)

  • Freelancers or entrepreneurs: recent bank statements or proof of ongoing contracts

  • Students/interns: enrollment certificate and financial guarantor details (if applicable)

We use this information to verify your identity and solvency, helping to ensure a transparent experience for all parties involved.

Step 3 – Sign the rental agreement and confirm payment

Once your documents are approved, you’ll receive a rental contract and proforma invoice. The booking is officially confirmed once the initial payment is received.

Step 4 – Prepare for check-in

Before arrival, the Globexs rental agent will coordinate with the apartment owner to arrange your check-in time. The Globexs agent monitors the whole process, and remains the contact person for both the owner and the tenant during the complete duration of the rental.

How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
