This apartment is truly a unicorn for expat families. This apartment can easily offer a large family or large group a comfortable stay for a longer period in Valencia. The apartment is unique because it comes with a parking spot in the building which makes it perfect if you need to go to work by car or you plan to explore outside of Valencia. So, forget about the headaches of losing up to an hour to find parking. 

The floorplan provides great privacy between the two smaller bedrooms and a master bedroom which is great for families traveling with children. When you enter the apartment, you immediately encounter the two smaller bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Walking through the hallway, you enter a very spacious living room which has a large comfortable sofa and a dining room table with plenty of chairs. Your kids and you will enjoy the large TV that comes with connectivity to the most streaming channels.

Separate from the living room you have a nicely equipped kitchen with ample working space and all the necessary equipment to cook some nice family meals. No worries about the dishes because of the dishwasher that comes with the apartment. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the laundry room that comes with a large washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is in the back of the house and comes with an en suite bathroom for complete privacy. The closet offers a ton of space which makes it the perfect apartment for families that plan on staying for a longer period. All rooms come with blinds for the ultimate night’s rest or to keep the heat out of the apartment and with the central AC running through the apartment, you can enjoy each season comfortably in this apartment.

A grocery store, Mercadona, is located across the street which makes grocery shopping quick and easy. En Corts / Monteolivete is a family-friendly area that is still very centrally located and has access to all major roads to come and go to the city. You will find yourself in the real local flair between families and their children. If you are looking for more a vibrant scene, the apartment is located near Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. Ruzafa (or Russafa in Valencian language) is a vibrant neighborhood with bars, restaurants, terraces, shops, and galleries from around the world. It is easy to get from here to any area of the city by public transport. Ruzafa is mostly the first choice for foreigners who come to live in Valencia.

Globexs never rents apartments for tourism purposes, nor offers long term rentals. Globexs is specialized in expat rentals:
  • The apartments and houses are fully furnished
  • The minimum stay is 1 month. The maximum stay is 11 months.
  • The apartments are only intended for use as a temporary housing accommodation.
  • Registration on the address is not allowed
  • The tenants are not permitted to make it their principal or main place of residence.
  • It is not permitted to exercise any trade or craft in the property, nor any other profession.
The owners of the apartments that Globexs offers to its customers have authorized Globexs to negotiate the price and the conditions of the rental with the tenants, and to sign the rental contract on their behalf. However, the owners of the apartments have the final word and need to approve to Globexs the conditions of every rental before Globexs can sign the rental contract on their behalf. Every rental contract is a legal agreement between the owner of the apartment and the tenant. Globexs acts as an intermediate defending the interests of the owner and the tenant. 
Can I view the apartment before booking?

Yes, viewings are possible in many cases, and we’re happy to arrange a viewing appointment whenever it’s practically feasible. However, please note that apartment viewings depend on owner availability and tenant consent.

If the current tenant does not allow access, or if the owner (landlord) is unavailable, a physical viewing may not be possible. But don’t worry — most apartments listed on the Globexs platform have been personally verified by our team, ensuring that what you see online matches the reality.
