DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This apartment in Corts, Valencia is located in Ausias March. Ausias March is a large avenue that separates the neighborhood Malilla from En Corts / Monteolivete. The apartment is located a few hundred meters away from the new Parque Central, an amazing new outdoor space and one of Valencia´s green lungs. Parque Central is built in an old railroad station and houses different gardens with different plants and flowers. The smells in spring are hypnotizing. There is a lot of space for activities with kids and even small fountains to jump through. Just a short 10-minute walk and you are in Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. This is a particularly important and trendy location when relocating to Valencia. Ruzafa (or Russafa in Valencian language) is a vibrant neighborhood with bars, restaurants, terraces, shops, and galleries from around the world. Ruzafa is mostly the first choice for foreigners who come to live in Valencia. Because of the location of Ausias March, you will have very easy access to public transportation around the city. By car, you can be at the airport in under 15 minutes and you are just a stone throw away from the important train stations in the city. It is easy to get from here to any area of the city by public transport.
