Ruzafa Luxury is an apartment with terrace in Valencia. This amazing 3 bedroom apartment in the center of Ruzafa is perfect for large families. The apartment measures 130m². It also has a beautiful, cool terrace. Some authentic design features have been kept throughout the house. You will notice the mantle around the fireplace and the Spanish tiles in the bathroom. The American style kitchen is great for all culinary exploits if you don’t find yourself in some of the great dining establishments in the area.

You enter the apartment in the living room which is equipped with a very comfortable couch and armchair. Above the marble mantle and fireplace, you have a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room, there’s the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast nook. The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare meals for up to 6 people. When you walk through the glass doors, you will find yourself on the terrace.

The terrace is surrounded by clay walls to keep the outdoor space cool in the summer. The linen sheets waving in the wind make sure that you have privacy in the middle of the city and a calming effect. A spacious terrace in Ruzafa is a unique find. This makes this apartment a true gem.

This apartment with terrace in Valencia is located in Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of the city. Ruzafa (or Russafa in Valencian language) is a vibrant neighborhood and a mere resemblance of what was an area to avoid ten years ago. Now, Ruzafa is filled with bars, restaurants, terraces, boutique shops, and galleries from around the world and is very welcomed by the young traveler or local. Ruzafa is conveniently connected to the Gran Via that connects the city center with the beach or any other part of Valencia. Walking distance from the Nord Station (the most central station) and Joaquin Sorolla which gives you access to other cities or airports in the area. 

This apartment with terrace in Valencia is close to Mercat Russafa which is the smaller sibling of the Mercat Central that you can find in the city center. Mercats are open daily, except on Sundays during the morning and is where local farmers, butchers, bakers, fishermen, etc come and sell their fresh products. Is a deposit required to book an apartment?
Yes, a security deposit is required when booking a furnished apartment through Globexs in Spain. This deposit acts as a financial guarantee to ensure the apartment is returned in good condition and that all terms of the rental agreement are respected.

How much is the deposit?

The amount of the rental deposit depends on the specific apartment and its owner. In most cases, it is equal to one month’s rent, but some properties may require up to €750 or two months’ rent, especially for longer stays or premium units. The exact amount will always be clearly communicated before booking.

What is the purpose of the deposit?

The deposit covers:

  • Any potential damages to the property

  • Violations of the rental contract

  • Costs that may occur if the apartment is not returned in its original condition

If no issues are reported at check-out and all terms have been followed, the deposit is fully refundable.

When is the deposit refunded?

Globexs processes the refund by bank transfer after the tenant checks out. The refund period ranges from 5 to 30 days, depending on the release of the final utility bills. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible.

Is insurance included?

No, tenants are not insured through Globexs. We strongly recommend arranging personal travel or contents insuranceto cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, as Globexs does not provide insurance coverage for tenants.
