The apartment has a unique location near MAS, Kattendijkdok and the Schelde. The MAS is the eye-catcher of breathtaking views. The location is perfect for people working in the centre of Antwerp, or the port of Antwerp.

"t Eilandje" or roughly translated to "The small Island" is referring to the yacht harbour in the middle. The harbour is surrounded by old warehouse buildings that host some of the most prestigious companies in Belgium such as Dries Van Noten. Make sure to explore the national archive located in the "Felix Pakhuis".

The redevelopment of this area started in the early 2000s and even created a large park which is on walking distance from the yacht harbour. In 2019, they even opened a pedestrian bridge that connects "t Eilandje" with this park called "Park Spoor Noord" referring to when it was part of the railroad system.
