From the apartment, you can see the beach as it is just mere steps away from your front door. This apartment is recently renovated to be as convenient as possible for your temporary stay in Valencia. 

The separate kitchen has a lot of cabinets and counter space for your cooking convenience. It also houses the washing machine as per European standard. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware including a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a wardrobe for clothing storage. The second bedroom also has a double bed with a closet. This is perfect for when you are having guests over. The third bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower.

The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This Valencian beach apartment is located in Cabañal, the maritime district of Valencia. Cabañal (or Cabanyal) has turned into one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in Valencia in recent years. Traditionally El Cabañal was the port area of Valencia, its houses are unique, the locals have a lot of pride in their neighborhood, and for one day every year, the old houses are open to the public to get a taste of the Cabañal, and how life was in the 60s.

With recent investment in tourism by the local government, many of the streets have become pedestrian. New bars and cafes open regularly. It has become a great new area for tourists and locals alike. The minimal traffic in the neighborhood makes it a very safe area for kids to play.

One of the best features of El Cabanyal is that the beach is within five minutes’ walk. The city centre of Valencia is a quick subway or bus ride away. Cabanyal is transforming in an international hub both for more transient types of expats, like digital nomads, but also for those looking for a more permanent base. A few good coworking places have been operating here now for a while. There are still many traditional, old-style flats in the area, but also a few modern developments.

Step 1 – Get in touch with our team

You can browse available apartments on our website or contact us directly for a personalized housing proposal. One of our rental agents will assist you based on your needs, travel dates, and budget.

Step 2 – Submit your documents

Depending on your situation (professional, freelancer, student, etc.), you’ll be asked to provide:

  • A valid passport or national ID

  • Your current residential address

  • Proof of income (employment contract, payslips, or company letter)

  • Freelancers or entrepreneurs: recent bank statements or proof of ongoing contracts

  • Students/interns: enrollment certificate and financial guarantor details (if applicable)

We use this information to verify your identity and solvency, helping to ensure a transparent experience for all parties involved.

Step 3 – Sign the rental agreement and confirm payment

Once your documents are approved, you’ll receive a rental contract and proforma invoice. The booking is officially confirmed once the initial payment is received.

Step 4 – Prepare for check-in

Before arrival, the Globexs rental agent will coordinate with the apartment owner to arrange your check-in time. The Globexs agent monitors the whole process, and remains the contact person for both the owner and the tenant during the complete duration of the rental.

  4. After payment your booking is pre-confirmed
  5. You sign the rental contract

What kind of rentals does Globexs offer?
Globexs never rents apartments for tourism purposes, nor offers long term rentals. Globexs is specialized in expat rentals:
  • The apartments and houses are fully furnished
  • The minimum stay is 1 month. The maximum stay is 11 months.
  • The apartments are only intended for use as a temporary housing accommodation.
  • Registration on the address is not allowed
  • The tenants are not permitted to make it their principal or main place of residence.
  • It is not permitted to exercise any trade or craft in the property, nor any other profession.
The owners of the apartments that Globexs offers to its customers have authorized Globexs to negotiate the price and the conditions of the rental with the tenants, and to sign the rental contract on their behalf. However, the owners of the apartments have the final word and need to approve to Globexs the conditions of every rental before Globexs can sign the rental contract on their behalf. Every rental contract is a legal agreement between the owner of the apartment and the tenant. Globexs acts as an intermediate defending the interests of the owner and the tenant. 
How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Our payment system is transparent, reliable, and internationally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and owners.
