Carolina is a lovely entry-ready apartment for rent in Valencia. It is a furnished apartment located in the neighbourhood of El Grau. There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed. Perfect for families, or for a couple with an extra guest room! The two bathrooms come with a walk-in showers, washing basins and of course toilets.

The cosy living room consists of a comfortable sofa and a TV. Ideal for relaxing after a long day. There are also two desks with chairs by the window, ideal if you work from home! The open plan kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

The dining table comes with four chairs, which is perfect for hosting dinners with friends. There is more seating space at the kitchen island.

This apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This flat is located in Camí Fondo This is a neighborhood in the city of Valencia (Spain), belonging to the district of Camins al Grau. It is located southwest of the city and is bordered to the north by Albors and Ayora, to the east by La Creu del Grau, to the south by Penya-Roja, and to the west by Mestalla. You are very centrally located. In just 10 minutes you are at the beach, as well as in the center. You just have to cross the bridge. Other than that, you also have everything nearby that you could need. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and stores, all within walking distance.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
