Denia Penthouse is an absolutely fabulous flat with terrace in Valencia Ruzafa. And for those intrepid expats in the know, represents a rare opportunity to get that much sought after, almost holy trinity - of Ruzafa, Penthouse, and Terrace. But what will really get you envious stares while you are out and chilling about, is when you mention that your terrace in Valencia is on the 5th floor - with an elevator, unlike many walk ups, which are no fun with shopping.

We step out of the lift, through the front door and into a bright and well-lit main living space. You’ll appreciate the clean white walls and ceilings, taking full advantage of the natural light streaming in through the flat’s many windows. The big sofa invites you to lay back, relax and get lost in your favourite shows and movies on the massive, modern TV.

How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Our payment system is transparent, reliable, and internationally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and owners.

How does the rental process work?
