Palleter is an exclusive apartment for rent in Valencia. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a desk. You will find plenty of built-in wardrobes in both rooms, as in the rest of the flat. There is also a third extra room with a sofa bed and a desk.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasins, and, of course, a toilet. The second bathroom also has sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub shower.

The kitchen is modern and fully furnished with everything you need. Time to bring out your cooking skills! Since the kitchen is open, you have the dining table next to it. Ideal for a cozy evening with friends or family.

The living room is spacious and catches a lot of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa and also a TV. This is the ideal spot to relax after a long day or at the weekend. You can also access the terrace belonging to the apartment from the living room. The terrace comes with a set of chairs. From the master bedroom, you also have access to a second terrace. Here you will find the washing machine, ideal for washing and drying your clothes right away.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This rental is located in Petxina. This is a lovely Spanish neighborhood, close to the park Turia. Here, you will find everything that you may need. There are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, all within walking distance. This is the perfect neighborhood if you want to explore life in Valencia as a local. It is located in a calm street, perfect to escape the buzz of the city. The Turia Park is only a 5-minute walk. This is the biggest green lung in Valencia city. In need of some fresh air? How do I book a Globexs apartment and what documentation do I need?

Booking a furnished apartment in Valencia for expats and digital nomads with Globexs is a simple and secure process. To protect both tenant and owner, we request basic documentation before confirming any booking.

Step 1 – Get in touch with our team

You can browse available apartments on our website or contact us directly for a personalized housing proposal. One of our rental agents will assist you based on your needs, travel dates, and budget.

Step 2 – Submit your documents

Depending on your situation (professional, freelancer, student, etc.), you’ll be asked to provide:

  • A valid passport or national ID

  • Your current residential address

  • Proof of income (employment contract, payslips, or company letter)

  • Freelancers or entrepreneurs: recent bank statements or proof of ongoing contracts

  • Students/interns: enrollment certificate and financial guarantor details (if applicable)

We use this information to verify your identity and solvency, helping to ensure a transparent experience for all parties involved.

Step 3 – Sign the rental agreement and confirm payment

Once your documents are approved, you’ll receive a rental contract and proforma invoice. The booking is officially confirmed once the initial payment is received.

Step 4 – Prepare for check-in

Before arrival, the Globexs rental agent will coordinate with the apartment owner to arrange your check-in time. The Globexs agent monitors the whole process, and remains the contact person for both the owner and the tenant during the complete duration of the rental.

How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Our payment system is transparent, reliable, and internationally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and owners.
