Saler is an exclusive luxury apartment in Valencia for expats. It is an apartment with terrace and view in Valencia. This flat is incredible. It has everything you could possibly want. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and built-in wardrobes. These cupboards already contain hangers, so they offer a lot of storage space. The other bedrooms also have closets that provide a lot of storage space. The fourth bedroom is furnished as an office.

There are two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a bathtub shower, washbasins and a WC. The finishing of these bathrooms is amazing. The lights along the mirrors give a nice light. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasins and also a toilet. Both bathrooms have central heating, which makes it pleasant in the winter months.

The kitchen of this exclusive luxury flat is fully equipped and has everything you could wish for. You can eat at the bar with a great view. If you prefer to eat at the table, you can do this at the long dining table in the living room. The living room has a large and comfortable couch and an extra chair. This is ideal to curl up with after a long day. Here you will find a massive flat screen TV as well.

This apartment is located right next to old (La fonteta) and the new basketball arena in Valencia. It is close to the Ciutat dels Artes i Sciences, shopping center El Saler, as well as the city center of Valencia. You can go anywhere by bike or car. It is well connected to all parts of the city.
