The apartment is totally renovated and ready to move in.

It has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed. Attached to the main bedroom you have an outside area where you can have your morning coffee.The second bedroom features a semi-double bed of 135 cm and a small desk, ideal for working from home.

The bathroom is very spacious and features a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils and appliances you´ll need. The kitchen is connected to the living room.The living room has a dining table for four people and a comfortable sofa where you can watch your favorite serie.

There is air-conditioning in the lounge and in the main bedroom for a nice cool temperature in summer. Bed linens, towels, and WIFI are also all included in the price for this apartment.

  • It is not permitted to exercise any trade or craft in the property, nor any other profession.
The owners of the apartments that Globexs offers to its customers have authorized Globexs to negotiate the price and the conditions of the rental with the tenants, and to sign the rental contract on their behalf. However, the owners of the apartments have the final word and need to approve to Globexs the conditions of every rental before Globexs can sign the rental contract on their behalf. Every rental contract is a legal agreement between the owner of the apartment and the tenant. Globexs acts as an intermediate defending the interests of the owner and the tenant. 
Can I rent in Spain without a NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero)?

Yes, you can rent an apartment in Spain without a NIE, especially when booking through Globexs. A NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) is required for official and long-term procedures in Spain — such as opening a bank account, signing an employment contract, or registering with the local authorities — but it is not mandatory for short- or mid-term rentals.
