DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This house is located in Zurenborg, the residential area in South-East Antwerp with the highest density of neogothic, neoclassicistic and ‘art nouveau’ buildings in Belgium. The house is part of the architectural cultural heritage of Antwerp. The area is conveniently situated next to the highway ring around Antwerp, a 10 minutes’ walk from Berchem train station and is connected by 2 bus and 2 tram lines to and from the city.

The ‘town square’, called the ‘Dageraadplaats’, is a popular meeting place and has a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and cafés. There is a supermarket just around the corner of the house. In summary, everything is present within walking distance.
