DESCRIPTION LOCATION

The apartment is close to the Malvarrosa beach in a relaxing and tranquil area of the city without too much noise. There are lots of stores nearby and the train station is within a five minute for easy travel around the province of Valencia.

How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Our payment system is transparent, reliable, and internationally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and owners.
