Herentals Huis – Exclusive house for expats in Antwerp

Herentals huis is an exclusive house for expats in Antwerp. It is a furnished house with terrace. This is a new building from 2015-2016 in a child-friendly neighbourhood, play street, playground, etc. It is possible to rent a parking space in the underground car park (under the house and the square).There is an internet point in every room and there are 2 toilets in total.

The house is organised as follows:

Ground floor:

Here you will find a toilet, hallway, stairs, storage room, kitchen and living room. There is parquet everywhere, built-in closets in the hallway and the living room and of course, a TV.

In total, the house has two toilets and one bathroom with a bath and shower.

1st floor

Here you will find three bedrooms (in each bedroom and the hallway there is parquet), bathroom, a separate toilet, storage room with washing machine and dryer. The 1st bedroom can hold a double bed (can also be moved apart); 2nd bedroom 2 single beds and desk (on the picture only 1 single bed), and 3rd bedroom (smallest) 1 single bed.

2nd floor

The second floor exists of an attic room. A double bed can be put in here and it is possible to slide it out in two single beds. It is also possible to add a child’s bed here (we also have child’s stuff, such as a high chair, baby bath, baby bed, changing pad, plastic plates and cups, foam tiles for the floor).
