DESCRIPTION LOCATION

The luxury home in Antwerp is situated in the popular neighborhood “’t Eilandje” which roughly translates in “the small island” referring to the water around the area. The apartment has a unique triple view: MAS, Kattendijkdok and the Schelde. The MAS is the eye-catcher with its unique design. The marina is surrounded by old warehouse buildings that host some of the most prestigious companies in Belgium such as Dries Van Noten. Make sure to explore the national archive located in the “Felix Pakhuis”. 

The redevelopment of this area started in the early 2000s and even created a large park which is in walking distance from the yacht harbour. In 2019, they even opened a pedestrian bridge that connects “‘t Eilandje” with this park called “Park Spoor Noord” referring to when it was part of the railroad system.
