This home for expats in Valencia is located in the neighbourhood Monteolivete, next to Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. Monteolivete is one of the emerging districts in Valencia. It has the advantage that it’s close to the Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences and that it’s quieter and more residential than Russafa. It also features some nice lanes, traditional shops and excellent means of transport.

We consider Monteolivete a no brainer if you are looking for the perfect balance between comfort and lifestyle. It is a popular neighborhood for expats in Valencia with accessible prices that has developed into a part of town with excellent quality of life. In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
