This home for expats in Valencia is located in the neighbourhood Monteolivete, next to Ruzafa, the bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. Monteolivete is one of the emerging districts in Valencia. It has the advantage that it’s close to the Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences and that it’s quieter and more residential than Russafa. It also features some nice lanes, traditional shops and excellent means of transport.
