The living room has a nice sofa, Tv, Wifi, Central AC hot&cold. In the same area we found the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all you might need during your stay.

Murillo apartment is in a very nice location, with restaurant right next to the apartment. The nearest metro station Angel Guimerá distance 700 mts, at only 7 minute walk to Valencia city center (Plaza del Ayuntamiento), 10 minute walk to Valencia cathedral (Plaza de la Reina), and 4 minute walk to Mercado Central, one of the largest and oldest markets in Europe, offering fresh local products.

Utilities Included Apartments in Valencia: Are Utilities Included in the Rental Price?

Yes. With Globexs, all utilities are typically included in the monthly rental price, including electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi. Please note that energy costs are included up to the limit stated in the particular conditions of the contract. If the energy consumption exceeds the agreed amount, the excess will be charged to the tenant. How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Our payment system is transparent, reliable, and internationally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and owners.

Is public transport easily accessible from the apartments?
