Murillo apartment is in a very nice location, with restaurant right next to the apartment. The nearest metro station Angel Guimerá distance 700 mts, at only 7 minute walk to Valencia city center (Plaza del Ayuntamiento), 10 minute walk to Valencia cathedral (Plaza de la Reina), and 4 minute walk to Mercado Central, one of the largest and oldest markets in Europe, offering fresh local products.

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
