The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and has not been lived in to date. During the renovation, great importance was attached to the preservation or refreshment of original building elements (e.g. the wooden doors, screens and hydraulic tiles). The kitchen has an induction hob as well as a separate microwave, oven and dishwasher. The fridge has 3 large freezer compartments. The folding glass sliding wall allows the apartment to be opened to the terrace in warm weather, so that you can almost feel like you are outside.
