How much is the deposit?

The amount of the rental deposit depends on the specific apartment and its owner. In most cases, it is equal to one month’s rent, but some properties may require up to €750 or two months’ rent, especially for longer stays or premium units. What is the purpose of the deposit?

The deposit covers:

If no issues are reported at check-out and all terms have been followed, the deposit is fully refundable.

When is the deposit refunded?

Globexs processes the refund by bank transfer after the tenant checks out. The refund period ranges from 5 to 30 days, depending on the release of the final utility bills. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible.

Is insurance included?

No, tenants are not insured through Globexs. We strongly recommend arranging personal travel or contents insuranceto cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, as Globexs does not provide insurance coverage for tenants.
