They both have a shower, a toilet, a wash basin, and they are all finished with beautiful tiles. Next we have the living room, which is impressive. First you have the couch and TV, next we have the dining area and veranda.

The whole apartment has high ceilings, large windows and an amazing floor. These aspects really give this apartment a very special vibe and atmosphere. The apartment is fully furnished with high quality furniture. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything that you need.

If the energy consumption exceeds the agreed amount, the excess will be charged to the tenant. How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Our payment system is transparent, reliable, and internationally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and owners.
