Saler 2 is a luxury expat apartment in Valencia. It is an exclusive apartment for expats with a view. This apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has one double bed and built-in closets. The second bedroom has one single bed. The first bathroom comes with a washing basin, bath-shower and of course, a toilet. The second bathroom also has a washing basin, toilet and a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you may need. Time to bring out your cooking skills! Maybe you can use your time here to learn some typical Spanish recipes. From the kitchen you also have direct access to the terrace of this place. The terrace comes with a table and chairs and has an amazing view over the city, to the port.

The living room is bright and spacious. It comes with comfortable couches and of course, a flat screen TV! This is the perfect spot to relax after work or on the weekends.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This apartment is located right next to old (La fonteta) and the new basketball arena in Valencia. It is close to the Ciutat dels Artes i Sciences, shopping center El Saler, as well as the city center of Valencia. You can go anywhere by bike or car. It is well connected to all parts of the city. The city centre is only a 2o minute bike ride away, just like the beach. This is the ideal location to get the best of both worlds.

The deposit covers:

If no issues are reported at check-out and all terms have been followed, the deposit is fully refundable.

When is the deposit refunded?

Globexs processes the refund by bank transfer after the tenant checks out. The refund period ranges from 5 to 30 days, depending on the release of the final utility bills. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible.

Is insurance included?

No, tenants are not insured through Globexs. We strongly recommend arranging personal travel or contents insuranceto cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, as Globexs does not provide insurance coverage for tenants.

  • Students/interns: enrollment certificate and financial guarantor details (if applicable)

Can I rent in Spain without a NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero)?

Yes, you can rent an apartment in Spain without a NIE, especially when booking through Globexs. A NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) is required for official and long-term procedures in Spain — such as opening a bank account, signing an employment contract, or registering with the local authorities — but it is not mandatory for short- or mid-term rentals.
