The kitchen of this place is open and fully equipped with everything that you may need. Time to bring out your cooking skills! Afterward, you can eat your home-cooked meals at the dining table. This table can seat up to six people. Since the kitchen is open, you will find the living room in the same area. It comes with a comfortable couch and of course, a TV. this might be the perfect place to relax! From the living room, you also have direct access to the sunny balcony of this place. This is ideal to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a storage room. Here you will find the washing machine and other cleaning facilities.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

The flat is located in Cabañal. The history of Valencia is linked to this fishing district. El Cabanyal-Canyamelar became an independent municipality in the 19th century under the name of Pueblo Nuevo del Mar.

Today it is still a fisherman’s district, the subject of some of the most Costumbrist postcards, depicting traditional scenes, where life goes at a different pace.

It is located super close to all universities, which makes this neighbourhood ideal for students.

What kind of rentals does Globexs offer?
Globexs never rents apartments for tourism purposes, nor offers long term rentals. Globexs is specialized in expat rentals:
  • The apartments and houses are fully furnished
  • The minimum stay is 1 month. The maximum stay is 11 months.
  • The apartments are only intended for use as a temporary housing accommodation.
  • Registration on the address is not allowed
  • The tenants are not permitted to make it their principal or main place of residence.
  • It is not permitted to exercise any trade or craft in the property, nor any other profession.
The owners of the apartments that Globexs offers to its customers have authorized Globexs to negotiate the price and the conditions of the rental with the tenants, and to sign the rental contract on their behalf. However, the owners of the apartments have the final word and need to approve to Globexs the conditions of every rental before Globexs can sign the rental contract on their behalf. Every rental contract is a legal agreement between the owner of the apartment and the tenant. Globexs acts as an intermediate defending the interests of the owner and the tenant. 
Can I rent in Spain without a NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero)?

Yes, you can rent an apartment in Spain without a NIE, especially when booking through Globexs. A NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) is required for official and long-term procedures in Spain — such as opening a bank account, signing an employment contract, or registering with the local authorities — but it is not mandatory for short- or mid-term rentals.
