PIO XII is a nice temporary home in Valencia for expats. It is a furnished 3 bedroom luxury apartment for expats in Valencia. It is just north of the city centre, past the river Turia. It is very suitable for up to 6 people to live comfortably. It also comes with two bathrooms for everybody’s convenience. The location can’t be beaten as you can look at the supermarket from your balcony. El Corte Ingles is a big department store with a grocery store included. The spaces in this apartment are great and offer plenty of room for six people to be around.

When entering this apartment, you will notice the size of every room and how they are conveniently designed. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV. In the living room, you can also find the dining table that sits all six people very comfortably. Through the large glass doors, you can access the spacious balcony. Because the apartment is on the 10th floor, it overlooks all of the houses and nobody can look in. The balcony has a small table for that morning coffee or to relax after a day’s work.

The kitchen is huge. You will have a lot of counter space to prepare some amazing meals. The kitchen is large enough to involve multiple people in the cooking process. The kitchen comes completely equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. The master bedroom is spacious and comes with a double bed. You will find ample wardrobe space. Next to the master bedroom, you will have a guest bedroom that has a bed sofa that can be turned in to a smaller double bed. This room also doubles as the office with a stunning view of the city. The third bedroom comes with a double bed as well.

One of the two bathrooms comes with a double sink which is very convenient when you have a full house. The second bathroom is a cosy space with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate laundry room has a washer and ample space to dry your clothes.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This apartment is located quite near to the historic heart of the city of Valencia. This area is often referred to as “El Carmen”. It has a great mixture of history and art thanks to the many murals you can find in the area. 

El Carmen is referred to as the area between the main train station (Estación del Norte), the bullfight ring, Calle Colon, the Riu Turia, The Torres de Serrano and the Torres de Quart. El Carmen is growing to be one of the busiest places in Europe for tourism. Shop, bars, cafes, restaurants, winding streets and ancient ruins. It is one of the finest examples of the Spanish Old Town.
