It is the area between the main train station (Estación del Norte), the bullfight ring, Calle Colon, the Riu Turia, The Torres de Serrano and the Torres de Quart and Plaza Tossal. El Carmen is growing to be one of the busiest places in Europe for tourism. It is is one of the oldest areas in Valencia and one of the most interesting for those who enjoy a walk through history, El Carmen.
This apartment is also located a few blocks away from the enormous marketplace called “Mercat Central”. This is where you can find some of the freshest produce, meat, seafood, bread etc. It is also home to some authentic products that you can’t find anywhere else in the city. Over the weekend this marketplace is bustling with tourists but during the week you can easily profit with a relaxed stroll and almost no lines to buy some healthy and locally sourced products.
