Tossal 1 is a lovely furnished expat flat in Valencia. It is an apartment for expats in El Carmen, Valencia. The apartment has one master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom is spacious and comes with a walk-in shower, washing basin and of course, a toilet. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine.

The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything that you may need. There is even a dishwasher. Time to learn some Spanish recipes! Afterwards you can eat your home cooked meals at the dining table. The dining table can seat up to three people.

The living room is bright and spacious as well. There is a comfortable couch and of course, a flat screen TV. From the living room you also have direct access to the balcony that comes with this apartment. The balcony is big enough to put a small table and two chairs. Here you can enjoy some sun rays in the afternoon and an iced coffee in the morning.

This furnished expat flat in Valencia is located in the heart of Valencia, El Carmen. It is the area between the main train station (Estación del Norte), the bullfight ring, Calle Colon, the Riu Turia, The Torres de Serrano and the Torres de Quart and Plaza Tossal. El Carmen is growing to be one of the busiest places in Europe for tourism. It is is one of the oldest areas in Valencia and one of the most interesting for those who enjoy a walk through history, El Carmen.

This apartment is also located a few blocks away from the enormous marketplace called “Mercat Central”. This is where you can find some of the freshest produce, meat, seafood, bread etc. It is also home to some authentic products that you can’t find anywhere else in the city. Over the weekend this marketplace is bustling with tourists but during the week you can easily profit with a relaxed stroll and almost no lines to buy some healthy and locally sourced products.
