Ruben Vela is Valencia apartment for rent for expats. It is a spacious furnished 3 bedroom apartment in En Corts for rent for expats. It is a large and bright apartment, perfect for expats. The neighbourhood of En Corts is great for all types of expats as it is very child-friendly due to all the parks and playgrounds. But it is also close to Ruzafa and other nightlife areas so those who want a bit more than just residential can find their home here too. This apartment is perfect for a family of 4, especially when you have a younger child and a teenager.
The layout of this apartment is typical of Spain. The living room area is conveniently sized to host the family for TV watching or dining. The two comfortable loveseats will be enjoyed by the whole family while watching a movie on the fantastic Smart TV. The living room gives access to the cosy balcony overlooking the street. When you walk through the hallway, you will find the third bedroom first. This is the third bedroom because it has a single bed compared to the other two bedrooms that have a double bed. Next to the third bedroom, you will find a spacious, authentic bathroom with tub-shower combination.
When you walk further, you will be able to access the kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen is very roomy in Spanish tradition because meals are important if not the most important thing of the day. People prepare their dinners for the whole day sometimes. This kitchen is also fully equipped and comes with all modern appliances. In the back, you will find the laundry room with a washing machine.
Past the kitchen, you will find the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Both very spacious rooms with ample storage in the wardrobes.
We like this apartment because it has beautiful large rooms and a nice balcony. This apartment was personally checked and verified by Globexs.
En Corts is a district of the city of Valencia, belonging to the district of Quatre Carreras. It is located in the southeast of the city and borders to Ruzafa to the north, Monteolivete to the east, Na Rovella to the south and Malilla to the west. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Theoretically, you never need to leave the district. You are also close to “el Parque Central”, a beautiful new park in Valencia.
The old town city centre is half an hour’s walk or 15 minutes by bike. The Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias is only 8 minutes by bike. Also, the park Turia is only 5 minutes cycling or twenty minutes walking. You are close to everything.
It is a family-friendly area which is still very centrally located and has access to all major roads to come and go to the city. You will find yourself in the real local flair between families and their children. If you are looking for more a vibrant scene, the apartment is located near to Ruzafa, the bohemian neighbourhood of Valencia. Ruzafa (or Russafa in Valencian language) is a colourful neighbourhood with bars, restaurants, terraces, shops, and galleries from around the world. It is easy to get from here to any area of the city by public transport. Being close to Ruzafa is important for expats and locals alike.
